Crafters will be selling unique handmade items, everything from stocking stuffers to fine works of art, all at budget-friendly prices. The bazaar offers free admission and free on-site parking to shoppers.

Become a Vendor

Ready to be a vendor at this year's Santa’s Stocking? Here's how to secure your spot! The process is simple, but timing is key. Follow the steps below to make sure you don’t miss out.

Before July 1

• Create an account on ActiveNet. You'll need an account to register as a vendor.
• Add your desired vendor space to your wish list.

July 1 at 9 a.m.

• Log in to ActiveNet and move your wish list item into your cart.
• Pay for your selected space.
• If your first choice is sold out, select another from your wish list or join the waiting list.
• You’ll receive an email receipt confirming your purchase.

July 2–22

• Within 2–3 weeks of payment, you’ll receive a link to complete your full vendor application.
  
• The application includes table and chair preferences, product details, photo uploads, and a liability waiver.
• Submit the completed application by the deadline listed in the email.
• Failure to submit on time will result in forfeiture of your space, and a full refund will be issued.
