The site is located between the neighborhoods of Lands End Condominiums, Salt Marsh Point, Seatack, and Shadowlawn and is open daily from dawn to dusk. The property offers unique cultural, recreational and environmental benefits and experiences to the city and its residents.
New Mountain Bike Trail System
Parks & Recreation, in partnership with Eastern Virginia Mountain Biking Association (EVMA), developed the first-ever formal mountain biking trail system in Virginia Beach at Marshview Park. The project will enhance 4-5 miles of multi-use soft trails featuring varying lengths and skill levels along with trailhead maps, wayfinding signage, and mile markers to ensure safety for all visitors.
