The Dive League introduces boys and girls ages 7-17 to the basics of competitive diving in a fun, supportive environment.

The Dive League introduces boys and girls ages 7-17 to the basics of competitive diving in a fun, supportive environment.
Emphasis is placed on diver development and fun in a low-key competitive environment. The Dive League is an introduction to competitive diving for boys and girls, ages 7-17.
The league is designed for youth with little or no competitive diving experience. Participants will compete in two age groups, 7–10-year-olds and 11-17-year-olds, based on their age as of March 15, 2025.
An eligibility tryout is a requirement to participate in Dive League and Introduction to Dive League. Requirements for each program are described below
Participants must be deep water safe and able to go head-first off of the diving board.
Participants must be deep water safe, able to perform a forward dive and forward somersault with approach and hurdle and back dive with back take-off.
