Emphasis is placed on diver development and fun in a low-key competitive environment. The Dive League is an introduction to competitive diving for boys and girls, ages 7-17.

The league is designed for youth with little or no competitive diving experience. Participants will compete in two age groups, 7–10-year-olds and 11-17-year-olds, based on their age as of March 15, 2025.

Registration

• Registration: Registration for Dive League and Introduction to Dive League begins in December.
• Cost: $150
• Eligibility: Details for each team’s eligibility dates and times are included on the registration receipt.

Age Requirements

• Registrants but be at least 7 years old and no older than 18 on or before March 15.
• Participants will compete in age groups based on their age on March 15 of the current year.

Eligibility

An eligibility tryout is a requirement to participate in Dive League and Introduction to Dive League. Requirements for each program are described below

Introduction to Dive League

Participants must be deep water safe and able to go head-first off of the diving board.

Dive League

Participants must be deep water safe, able to perform a forward dive and forward somersault with approach and hurdle and back dive with back take-off.
