Leagues
Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation offers intramural swim, dive, and water polo leagues. All aquatics leagues place emphasis on fun and development in a low-key competitive environment.
Swim League
Swim League introduces or improves on the 4 competitive strokes, starts, and turns. Swimmers are introduced to low-level competition while the focus is on improving stroke techniques. The Swim League is offered to youth ages 6-17 years.
Water Polo League
Water Polo is a game of endurance and teamwork. Players put their skills to the test during competition with other teams while learning the principles of good sportsmanship. Water Polo is offered to youth ages 10-18 years.
