We offer a variety of group fitness classes to meet your busy schedule including Zumba®, Pilates, TRX®, tabata, yoga, SilverSneakers®, MixxedFit® and Les Mills' BODYPUMP™, CXWORX™ and more!
FitPop brings fitness and wellness classes to you - wherever you are! The FitPop van travels throughout Virginia Beach, bringing free fitness and wellness classes to parks, beaches, community centers, apartment complexes, senior homes, and more.
FitPop classes include everything from strength training and dance fitness workouts, to walking and stretching programs - and they’re all free for everyone ages 14+ to attend.

Register online in Activenet for classes you want to attend - all you’ll need to bring is water and a towel. No recreation center membership required.

FitPop is a fitness and wellness initiative from Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation.

Our nationally certified personal trainers will design an individualized fitness program, with coaching and one-on-one instruction throughout the workout, that will help you achieve your personal goals.
Small Group training has it all; specialized, focused training that improves your workout and in an encouraging environment that keeps you motivated.
Our nationally accredited personal trainers/instructors will lead the group through progressive programming and motivate them to reach their individual goals.
Small group training is a 4, 6, or 8-week progressive fitness & wellness program that will meet 1-2 times a week and will have approximately 3 to 12 group members. Small Group Training is available for members and non-members to participate in.
