Honor the memory of a loved one or gain positive exposure for your business by purchasing a park bench. Through your generous support, the Foundation gains community support for parkland preservation and beautification.
Place your personal mark on Virginia Beach by sponsoring a park bench in a designated park facility. With over 200 parks in our city, there are plenty of communal sites from which to choose. It’s an incredible opportunity to honor a loved one. The honorary plaque can express your commemoration and will be shared with the community for years to come.
Businesses also gain positive exposure for the company or organization by sponsoring a park bench. The plaque can bear your business or organization name, address, and phone number. Those that sit on your park bench will know you are dedicated to community improvement and will appreciate the resting spot.

New benches are $1,499 and commemorative plaques on existing benches are $499 (includes bench, installation, and dedication message). Please review the Plaque Guidelines.
