Are you in search of a preschool program that provides high-quality instruction while your child learn through play? Your child(ren) may be eligible to participate in the Hampton Roads Mixed Delivery Preschool Collaborative.

Three and four-year olds in Hampton Roads may qualify for free tuition for the 2024-2025 school year through mixed delivery grant funding. 

Eligible children will have the chance to attend our Williams Farm preschool program (located inside Williams Farm Recreation Center) for free.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Child must be 3 by July 1, 2024 or 4 years old by Sept. 30, 2024.
2. Not currently enrolled in Virginia Preschool (VPI) Initiative or head start.
3. Meet certain income/local eligibility criteria.
