Therapeutic Recreation Programs
This unit operates in two primary sections to provide programs and services for individuals with disabilities. Therapeutic Recreation Programs offers programs specifically designed for children, teens, and adults with disabilities.
Inclusion Services is a service that supports individuals with disabilities who participate in general recreation programs. This unit as a whole strives to ensure that every individual is provided with recreation opportunities and accessible facilities.
The Unit staff conduct training, program and facility assessments, work special events and promote an inclusive environment through advocacy and education.
